People often find that getting their drivers licence is easier than keeping on the right side of all the Road Traffic laws and regulations. We are happy to provide advice to clients either when they have been stopped by the police, receive a fixed penalty notice or have been cited to court. 

 

Our Mr Lunny is experienced in dealing with dangerous and careless driving cases, no insurance cases and drink driving offences. We know sometimes we need experts to assist us with crash reconstruction, toxicology or police procedures and regularly bring in expert witnesses to provide assistance in preparing cases or to provice evidence to the court.

 

We know that for clients their driving licence can be essential to their daily lives but we believe in telling cients about the risks to losing their licence in any court case.
